Despite its market leadership, Abris Tempo lacked an online direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channel. Customers had to go through traditional sales channels, preventing the company from capitalizing on the high demand for its products and accessories. Furthermore, their internal management system, Acumatica ERP, was not aligned with their online sales strategy. This created data silos and reduced operational efficiency.
The objective was twofold:
1. Launch a first international-caliber boutique , reflecting their leadership status.
2. Ensure that the new store is fully connected to Acumatica , for unified management of inventory, orders and customers.
